KnitsByGiselle.Com accepts the following forms of payment:

  1. Credit and Debit Cards: KnitsByGiselle.Com accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can securely enter your card details during the checkout process.

  2. PayPal: If you prefer to pay using your PayPal account, you can select this option during the checkout process. Simply log in to your PayPal account and complete the payment.

  3. Apple Pay: For customers using Apple devices, you can choose Apple Pay at checkout. This option allows you to make a quick and secure payment using your Apple Pay-enabled device.

  4. Google Pay: Google Pay is another convenient payment option for customers using Android devices and Google Pay accounts. You can select this option during checkout.

  5. Online Payment Services: We may also offer additional online payment services depending on your location. These services could include Stripe, Square, or other regional payment gateways.

Please note that the availability of payment options may vary depending on your location and the specific payment methods supported on this website. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once the order has been placed and you’ve gained access to the pattern file, changes to the order cannot be made.

The only exception is if you accidentally ordered a pattern in a language you did not intend to order. If this is the case for you, simply send me an email at hello@knitsbygiselle.com and I’ll be happy to send you the pattern in the language you intended to purchase.

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive a link sent straight to your inbox that will enable you to download the pattern. Additionally, you can always download the pattern through your ‘My Account’ Dashboard, under the tab labeled ‘Downloads’.

In your My Account Dashboard, simply click on the tab labeled ‘Orders’. There, you will be able to see all purchases made under your account.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be offered once access to a knitting pattern has been obtained.  If you encounter any issues with your pattern, please don’t hesitate to send me an email at patternsupport@knitsbygiselle.com and I’ll be more than happy to assist you.   1. Stay Informed: Keep an eye on this website and my Instagram for announcements about opportunities to become a test knitter. I typically post calls for test knitters when I have a new pattern in development.

  2. Subscribe to the Newsletter: Subscribing to my newsletter is one of the best ways to stay updated on the latest news around here, including test knitting calls. You can sign up for my newsletter by entering your email into the Subscribe box located in the footer, below.

Absolutely! Although, currently I’m only able to offer pattern support in English. If you need help with a particular part of a pattern, please send me an email at patternsupport@knitsbygiselle.com – I’m always happy to help!

Currently all of my patterns are only offered in English. I hope to be able to offer my patterns in multiple languages soon. If you are a pattern translator and would like to see some of my patterns offered in a different language, please do let me know! You can reach me at hello@knitsbygiselle.com.
